Our Services
Our management of a property includes, but is not limited to, the following:
•Advertise the property on 5 x Internet sites within 24 hours of listing. Photos will be added within 12 – 48 hours.
•Advertise the property in the local newspaper until a suitable tenant is found and approved.
•Interview prospective tenants, obtain and check all references.
•Escort prospective tenants, to view the property.
•Complete regulation documentation, including tenancy agreement and bond lodgement.
•Receipt and bank incoming monies, including our letting fee, bond and rent.
•Monitor and collect rent payments and attend to arrears.
•Representation at the Tenancy Tribunal as and if required.
•Regular property inspections and routine maintenance checks and recommendations.
•Monthly statement of account with all
transactions summarised (emailed if requested).
•Attend to small maintenance work to a maximum cost at your discretion.
•Pay accounts as instructed eg: foe District Council Rates and repairs and maintenance.
